WHAT IS HOUSE IN THE BASEMENT?

The House in the Basement Youth Café (HiTB) is a welcoming and free space for young people aged 11-17. This vibrant facility was brought to life through the active involvement of local youth, and Sevenoaks Youth Council a key role in its creation. They continue to be deeply involved in its development.

What does house in the basement do?
They provide a wide range of activities and events from playing video games, chess, board games, air hockey, to weekly pool and darts tournaments, as well as music lessons.
They even have food and drink.

When does it open?

During Term Time:

Tuesday (Moving Forward): 1:30 - 3:30 pm

Tuesday (SEN Club): 5-8 pm

Wednesday: 4-8 pm

Friday: 4-8 pm

Saturday: 2-8 pm

During school holidays:

Tuesday (SEN Club): 5-8 pm

Wednesday: 2-8 pm

Friday: 2-8 pm

Saturday: 2-8 pm
