February 6, 2027 @ 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Support the Mayor’s charity, Hospice in the Weald, and come along to this fun concert at the Stag. Book your seat on the Stag website: Book tickets: Imagine The Beatles – The Stag
So may I introduce to you one of the UK’s leading Beatles tribute bands. For a fantastic event where the hits just keep coming, enjoy the very best of The Beatles.
Imagine…The BEATLES have been together for many years playing all over the UK and overseas. These boys will take you back to the great days of the ’60s. Just listen and watch the show…could it really be them?!
From the early Cavern days through Beatlemania then right up to Abbey Road and back, stopping at Penny Lane en route. This is one Magical Mystery Tour you won’t want to miss! Yeah Yeah Yeah! Get your Ticket To Ride!
Musically, no detail is overlooked to recreate the true sound and excitement of The Beatles, with every song performed live and in its original key. Visually, their presentation is as close to the real thing as you can imagine. Authentic vocals and instruments, including the Paul McCartney Hofner violin bass, John Lennon’s Rickenbacker, George Harrison’s Gretsch and Ringo Starr’s Ludwig kit, complete the perfect tribute.

In early 1967, John, Paul, George and Ringo visited our town, to make promotional films for their upcoming singles Strawberry Fields Forever and Penny Lane. Now, three local residents and Beatles enthusiasts; Ian Hooper, Juliet Stephens and Andrew Mason, are inviting the whole town to remember this anniversary.
Beatlemania will kick off with a family-friendly concert and sing-a-long with live band at Pamoja Hall on 31 January, hosted by community choir Sevenoaks Sings.
The week will culminate in the Mayor’s Charity Concert on 6 February at the Stag, where celebrated Beatles tribute band Imagine…The Beatles will perform all your favourite hits and possibly some you’ve forgotten. Thank you for the support from John Levett from Listening Room Music Agency and Barry at The Anchor Pub.
Both of these concerts will raise funds for the Mayor’s chosen charity, Hospice in the Weald.
There will be events across town throughout the week, including photo exhibitions, open mic nights, a quiz night, expert talks and more.
The whole town is invited to get involved and remember when the biggest pop stars in the world walked our streets, shopped in our shops, and were booked into what is now The Oak Pub. It is a moment to celebrate our town and some of its curious history.
John Lennon famously picked up a poster in a local antique shop which inspired the lyrics for Being for the Benefit of Mr Kite, a song on the Beatles’ subsequent album, Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – the best-selling album of the ’60s!
