PRESS RELEASE: Winner of Street Art Competition

WINNER OF STREET ART COMPETITION ANNOUNCED

AND OPPORTUNITY FOR

YOUNG PEOPLE TO JOIN IN WITH PAINTING THE WALL

 

Sevenoaks Youth Councillors reviewed the entries of the Street Art Competition with a professional Street Artist, and announced

 

Felicity Pitchford, aged 11 as the overall winner. 

 

Felicity, who attends the Trinity School, is really excited about becoming a real street artist

 

 

Sevenoaks Town Council was awarded a grant by Sevenoaks District Council for this entry to be transformed from a paper to a mural on a wall outside the HOUSE in the Basement Youth Café.

 

The transformation will take place outside the HOUSE in the Basement Youth Café, TN13 1ZZ on:

Wednesday 2nd August 10am to 4pm

and

Thursday 3rd August 10am to 4pm

 

Any young person wanting to join in and paint the wall with an experienced professional Street Artist, please contact:
